- Proposed name/ names of the L.L.P ( Maximum 6 can be applied of preference basis).Name should reflect activities of the company and it should not match with already registered LLP/companies or Trade Mark.
- Description of business/activity of the LLP
- Number of Designated partners: Min 2
- Names & Addresses of Designated Partners ( Minimum 2 )/Partners
Self Attested copy of Identity Proofs of both Designated Partners( Voter ID, Copy of Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License – Any one of these )- Self attested copy of address proof of both designated partners ( Bank Statement, electricity bill, mobile bill, telephone bill- shall not be older than 2 months- Any one of these)
- Four (4) Photos of both designated partners
- Self attested copy of PAN card of both designated partners
- Proof of Proposed office address of L.L.P (Gas bill, electricity bill, mobile bill, telephone bill- shall not be older than 2 months- Any one of these)
- Total amount of capital contribution (in Rs).
- Ratio / Amount of Capital contribution by each designated partners.
- Ratio of profit sharing by each designated partners.
- File Form 1 For Name Approval
- File Form 2 For Registration Of LLP
- File Form 3 For Registration Of LLP Agreement
