Every company has to make following Annual filings every year the details thereof are as under:

    1. preparation and filing eform AOC 4-financial Statement-within 30 days
    2. preparation and filing of eform MGT 7-Annual Return- within 60 days
    3. preparation and filing of eform  DIR 12- appointment, reappointment, regularisation or cessation of Director or KMP- within 30 days
    4. preparation and filing of eform MGT 14 if any for Special resolutions and resolutions as prescribed withing 30 days
    5. preparation and filing of eform ADT 1 if any for appointment of Auditor -within 15 days
    6. preparation of Notice & explanatory statements
    7. preparation of Directors Report
    8. preparation of AOC 1
    9. preparation of AOC 2
    10. preparation of MGT 9
    11. preparation of List of shareholders
    12. preparation of List of Share Transfer
    13. CERTIFICATE of MGT-8
