3. Four (4) passport size Photographs of Each Director/shareholders(hard copy or email)
4. Self attested Copy of PAN Card of each Director/shareholder(hard copy or email)
5. Self attested copy of id Proofs of each director (Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License – Any one of these) (hard copy or email)
6. Self Attested copy of Address Proofs of each director/shareholder ( Bank Statement, electricity bill, mobile bill, telephone bill- shall not be older than 1 months- Any one of these) (hard copy or email)
7. Proposed names of the Company ( Max 6 can be provided) Name should reflect activities of company and it should not match with already registered Companies

• Form INC 1 – for Obtaining Name approval
• Form INC 7 – for incorporation of company
